This is what I’m highlighting today. All of these apps are considered the best in their class for their purpose, but I will be mentioning other options when applicable so you have even more choices.

WhatsApp is an incredibly useful app for messaging, as it now has some robust tools for businesses. For example, you can create a business profile, which lets anyone who adds you immediately see that you are a business – thus avoiding any confusion.
It also allows you to pay or receive payments from the app, send documents, create video calls, group chats, and more. You can even set up automated messages for when you’re away from your phone or out of business hours, ensuring your clients know when you will reach out.

Todoist
Todoist is considered the best list-making app on the market. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and most of its main features are part of the free plan. You can use it for simple list-making like grocery shopping, but it has enough tools to allow for full team management.
It’s a great pick for planning your days and managing bigger projects, with or without a team. Todoist also works everywhere, making it seamless to use on your phone, desktop, browser, and even smartwatch if you have one.

Google Maps
Easily the best map app right now, Google Maps is useful for a number of reasons. It’s an amazing tool to help you find your way regardless if you’re on foot or traveling by car, and it doubles as a reliable GPS with voice commands and real-time traffic information, as long as you have internet access.
homeyou
The homeyou app for pros is your number one resource for receiving leads straight to your phone. You can set up exactly which services you provide and which area you cover, and then receive leads that respect those filters. Even better, you can set up a budget, meaning you will never receive more than you asked for.
Evernote
Probably the best note-taking app out there, Evernote is easy to use for anything you want. You can treat it like a collection of notebooks for different purposes, for example, one for marketing planning, one for to-do lists, one for personal stuff, and so on. You can create as many as you need and add all sorts of notes, which can be rich text, images, documents, or even scribbles.
Toggl
Toggl has been a long-time favorite of mine for time-tracking. The free version has everything you need and it has extensions that work well with modern browsers and, of course, your smartphone. You can track time no matter where you are, as well as create detailed reports for useful insights into your routine.
Discord
Discord is mostly used for gaming, but its robust interface and tools for chatting are wonderful for work and study as well. It’s essentially a free version of Slack, which is made with a focus on work, but the free version has some notable limitations.
With Discord, you can create groups for specific subjects, as well as chat rooms for either audio or video calls where many people can join at once. Perfect for keeping up with a team no matter where everyone is.
