Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning is what HVAC stands for. So, is your AC System blowing warm air? Is it struggling to keep up in the heat of the day? Is the Evaporator Coil in your Air Handler filthy with dust, dirt or soot - If so, it should be cleaned! Does your AC System need an annual maintenance? What about a tune up, is it operating as efficiently as possible? Just like your car needs an oil change, your Air Conditioner needs to be in a maintenance program, at a minimum of at least once a year, however, twice is best for peak performance! Is your Condensation Drain Line clogged? Is Air Handler leaking water all over the place? Are you sick and tired of all the problems with your existing system? If you are do you want the system to be repaired or replaced with a new high efficiency SEER2 AC system? If you said yes, you got the right company. As we continue to outshine and outperform most of the other AC companies here in Southwest Florida. I mean, we show up on time, do you know how important that is? For 1, it shows that we value your time - if you only knew how many customers told us that they got "No Call, No Show" (meaning the other companies didn't even call or show up when they were supposed to)...Thats crazy! We also do what we say, without giving you a song and dance. So, for all your AC, Heating, Ductwork, & Indoor Air Quality requests, we are here for you!

Best Questions to Ask a HVAC Technician Contractor

Are you union or non-union?

This really only matters if you have a preference, but it is good to ask. If you have a strong ideological belief about unions or nonunions, it's perfectly acceptable to make a decision based on the preference.

How many contractors do you have working for you? How many vehicles are in your fleet?

This is important mostly for larger jobs. Clearly a two man operation is going to build a home much slower than a 15 man crew. This is also a good indication of the overall size of the HVAC company, if that's an area of concern for you. The reason you may want to ask about the fleet is that fleet size is a good indicator of the mobility of the company. Mobility may not sound important, but it's hard for the Fort Myers contractors to get to job sites if they lack appropriate vehicles.

Is your bill for HVAC in Fort Myers an estimate or a final price?

This is very important, since an estimate is just that. Many contractors will submit a "paper estimate", meaning they've written the estimate down on paper. The bill is the true amount owed and will almost always say "Invoice" or "Bill" at the top of the page. The bill should also list the date it was issued, the due date of payment, and a list of services rendered.

Do you hire properly documented HVAC workers?

This will be answered when you ask if all employees are licensed. The only way to obtain a legitimate tradesman's license is to be a legal or naturalized citizen of the US. The company may employ people in positions that don't require a license, however, so it's wise to inquire.
