This slow cooker favorite is very good about being frozen and reheated. Pluis, it can be used for both an appetizer or a meal. With all the carrots and vegetables it’s definitely a healthy meal to freeze and reheat. Or go a step further and create chicken pot pie pizza with the leftovers.
