Delicate job regarding replacing a rotted section at the bottom of a kingpost at the front door. A new door was in stalled when it was found. I would like to come at it from the wall side to replace the relatively small section with out removing the door.

I filed an insurance claim because we had a leak. Turned out there were a few things going on. Our back bathroom showerpan is shot and our other bathroom had a valve leak in the knob and also at the bottom of the pipe. I need an estimate and I would like to get the work done asap.
