The entire trunk of the diseased and half dead tree is located in my neighbor's back yard. It has been allowed to grow and has now grown over onto my garage. A very large limb just fell yesterday and damaged my vinyl fence. Please visit for an estimate and to discuss my options. I am the home owner. I have attempted to discuss this ongoing issue with the neighbor. His only response was to be beligerant and rant and rave that I should have known about the tree when I bought the place. The truth is that he promised to work with me to prune the tree, splitting the cost with him, but now he has completely denied the deal and won't talk to me. We are just at whit's end. Please call.
