Tile is missing and/or damaged. Pool is half full of dirty water and probably has been for a year. Considering buying house if pool repair isn't too expensive. Can't see plaster but wouldn't be crazy to assume it needs redone. Can you quote pool repair of a vacate home I don't own half full of water?
