Ive tried troubleshooting everything I can possibly find on you tube. I have a hotsprings Envoy. No heat. I checked the heater itself and it is good by electric meter. I just replaced heater relay board, filters clean, have tried several different tubings for air lock in pumps etc. Jets work, light works etc. The only issue is no ozone bubbles are coming up out of the heater return in bottom floor of tub. Ive checked the tubing attached to ozone system and the main tubing coming from the black t to allow any air or debris. Im out of options, unless you know of something else I can try. Thanks!!

I took the tension cover off my pool today to find my shallow end completely dry with only water in my deep end. I suspect a leak in the liner, although I could be totally wrong. Cant get hold of anyone who can help. Thanks so much.

We have an inground pool. When we took the cover off from the winter, there are huge wrinkles in the shallow end that are 3 inches tall in some spots. There is also one wrinkle on the side in the shallow end by the steps. PLEASE help!!!!
