I need an assessment. My land lord is trying to tell me there is nothing wrong with my bath tub but there are cracks in the bottom and when I step around in the tub it feels very soft underneath in certain places. I also hear noises coming from the drain (like water) when I step on a few spots. I feel there is water damage under the tub but they wont do anything until their is real damage which seems silly. Our house has foundation issues. Back in 2014 we had a company who worked on it, they drilled multiple holes and poured concrete underneath the house. We were told that we have water accumulating under the house but the work they were doing should fix the problem anyways. It did fix the problem for a short period of time but cracks in the walls came back a year later. The company representative came out and after a brief evaluation stated that due to moisture under the house the concrete they poured is now expanding and we need to install a sump pump.
