I have been dealing with a leak and mold in my bathroom in my apartment since January. The maintenance has come to fix 5 different times and claims to have found the source, the upstairs bath tub has a crack. They painted over the crack and fixed the leak, but only cut out a portion of my ceiling that had visible mold, I'm concerned there's still mold in other parts of the ceiling.

Need a quote on a basement with approximation of 31 ft length by 24 ft width. The mold is around the basement brick wall. The level molding stage isn't too vigorously or extreme, it is less than mild. I would like you to come out and see the basement for estimation.
