Tenant did unauthorized work on a Fire Boss wood stove that sits inside a large stone fireplace. This work includes new wiring to the blower, new sheet metal screwed into the sides and top of the stove, a new handle attached to the damper, and sheet metal with holes replacing the fan grate.
Need a quote for someone to check the quality of the work, safety of the wiring, functionality of the damper, and restore the stove back as close to its original condition as possible. Thank you.
