Portable gas fireplace, bought from a personal seller. The light of the fire turns on but not to its full capacity. It seems like u have to hold the dial switch all the way up continuing to hold it for it to be all the way on, once u let go of the switch it goes back to very little amount. It also stops working on the low energy amount after like 5 minutes. Bulbs are new. I am not sure if you fix portable gas fireplaces but thought I would ask! Thank you
