The final permit for this home was never approved back in '97, and we are just discovering this now. This is the second owner, and we are trying to sell the house for them. We are supposed to close the sale on Thursday. The county is requiring that we have a professional insulation contractor verify that there is insulation in the attic. Should be a quick job. Property inspection has already been done, but they won't take that as verification.
