The air conditioner keeps freezing up and have to turn it off all the time for it to defrost. Had another air guy come and look at it and wouldn't touch it due to the previous owner installed the unit different down in the basement. There is condensation all over the outer part of the unit and the duct work looks like it might need working on. It worked well for about three months and just now started giving problems.
