Need an hourly rate for the jobs below. We are a cemter providing service to low income families and we need to find help to do some odd jobs around the center. Replacing some fluorescent lighting ballasts in our preschool classrooms. Cutting open a portion of our kids bathroom wall to discover why it is bulging, discover what the problem is and covering it back up with an easy to clean and water resistant material the same day if possible. lifting large paint buckets into the garbage bin. Putting up shelving in classes dust the celing clean the celing air vents and repalace air filters. Assuming needed supplies are provided by us. A few other tasks that just take time may pop up.
