We have a full court outdoor basketball that one of the rims, there is a large rod that is not connected to the rim and it is sticking out, sharp, and will pop a ball. We need this rod or what it is that is attached to the back of the backboard to be fixed. We are an HOA community looking for quotes so we can present to the board.
