There are some issue with my garage door opener. Initially, it is a single issue that the door does not go down all the way, leave roughly a 1 foot gap with the floor. So I read the manual and adjusted the closed force knob. It was working for one day and the next day the same issue came back again so I figure I can not tune the knob any more. I checked the rollers and found some of them were very tight with the track. So I tried to fixed it by tightening some screws of the track and some screws on the door. Now I cannot open nor close the door properly. I suspect the door and the track are not alighted correctly which is the problem.

Door needs to have constant pushing of door open/close button in garage or it starts opening again. Remote only opens not closes. Need to fix ASAP.

Damaged door needs replacement, attach to existing door opener/adjust. Door is comprised or 8 panels, 2 horizontal, 4 vertical. Each panel measures about 53 inches length 21 inches in height.
