We are in the process of selling our home. The inspector listed the following repairs to be made.
A) Railing needs to be reinforced as it is screwed only to composite. Need to completely unbolt railing and anchor into 2 x 8.
B) 4x4 posts need to be redone as they are on the pad.
C)Hanger needs a ton of nails.
D) Need to reinforce beams as they are bending bolts
We would like to get a bid for these repairs.
