Our deck needs to have the treads and railings replaced. We also want stairs added off the front end with a gate at the top. Most of the underlying support structure is in decent condition, yet it may need some work to accommodate the updates.

Had a deck built last year and due to my line of work I had to leave for a few months. When I got back my builder had moved to FL. I contacted the county inspectors and have a few minor things to finish to pass inspection. However, I would like to add a few things as well.
