Looking to put a 2 bedroom/2 bath in a rural location out near Henly. All utilities are on -site. Kitchen needs a dishwasher, sink, refrig, toaster oven/convention oven. Needs a laundry room/annex for full size front load w/d. Master bath needs a walk-in shower, no tub, double vanity, commode. Guest bath, simple tub/shower combo, commode, vanity. Flex space for sitting, eating, relaxing, office, etc. Would also like an outdoor deck with lpg hook-up for grilling and a privacy screen. Maximum width of gate is 16. looking to get sorted as soon as practicable. Looking for an August 2016 move in.
