Hello,
My husband and I are seriously considering buying some land in SD and putting the most inexpensive (minimum 3bd, 2ba) home possible on the land, with the idea of building it in a way that as we can afford to, we would add more containers and expand the house to have more bedrooms and ideally eventually a garage and guest house. We really love the container house idea for so many reasons and would like to have it as a full indoor/outdoor living feel with those glass garage doors in the livingroom/kitchen/great room space that open up to a large outdoor deck (which of course would make the house feel/live like its twice the size as it is. Please advise if youve developed any projects like that and what the approximate building price is? Last question is, do you offer financing and if so, what are the terms? Thank you so much in advance!
