1700-2000 sq. ft. With wrap around porch. Large master bedroom with enough room for King size bed. Huge walkin closet with dressers inside. Preferably 4 bed atleast 2 bath. Nothing extravegant large open kitchen with large pantry. No bonus rooms, studies, foyers, etc. needed. 1 or 2 story is acceptable. Atleast 2 car garage. Basement prefered. Is this doable for a maximum of $150,000 land included?
