Newer townhouse at 1202 Montello Ave has concrete countertops in kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen countertops have some staining from oil and glass marks. Need stains removed if possible and resealed.....? Please help.

Just poured concrete countertops in kitchen, but would like to hire out smoothing them. I think they need to be finished with a wet concrete polisher/grinder. We would like to have this completed by September 9 at the absolute latest. Thank you!
