Tenants have moved out, need deep clean, cabinets, drawers, oven, microwave, some wall spot cleaning, baseboards, etc. Have videos of areas needing work. Carpets were cleaned on Friday, so work needs to be done without shoes on. New tenants come in Wednesday. Need today 7/3 or tomorrow 7/4. Prospectively 2-3 hours work.
