Looking to replace carpet padding in a about 12'x10' room in an apartment, however the only area that really needs repair is about 5'x6' I want to say. A pet treatment to seal the concrete beneath would be preferred as well. The main issue is that there is a pet urine smell that professional carpet cleaning can't get out.
