prefer to get this done as soon as can. Have several different options looking at but at minimum would be addition of approx 20x30 , kitchen remodel, bath remodel/change, and support beam placed in basement in lieu of posts. thank you

I have a grant and loan from USDA to get my home remodeled. They are looking for three separate, different remodeling contractors to place their bids and give us a quote on how much it will take to get this work completed in a satisfactory manner. The bids must be in by August 11, 2017. This includes replacing the windows, roof, front porch, back stairs, interior doors, front door, back door, all fascia boards, eaves, shutters, all rotten wood around the house, level floors in the entire dwelling, all rotten floors, floor joists, subflooring, bathrooms (toilets, tubs, cabinets, baseboards, etc.), damaged ceilings, outside skirting, vents, air vents, and a host of other items as described by the USDA. Each contractor will have to fill out an assessment form offered by the USDA to have it turned in by myself. I have the assessment/quote forms in my possession
