We had a through the wall AC unit from prior home owner. I removed it but a lot of the wood is in the first stages of rotting because they did not have the AC drained correctly. I am looking to have someone repair the hole where the unit was and or install a window there. We are not in this house two years yet so money is tight but I would like to fix this situation and get this house the way we want it to start looking.\nThanks\nJ.
