This is a rental unit and tenant is available on Fridays to let you in for estimate and do the work. Building was built in early 70's, garden style apartment building. Shower wall needs repair work. Soap dish and tiles under window fell off and Sheetrock needs to be replaced. The 2x4 under the window is wet and rotting away and will probably need to be replaced. I was thinking of having a tub/wall surround put in as well.

The unit is two floors and a fire was set to the first floor. The second floor has smoke damage. Everything with the exception of the floors would have to be gutted. It is a condo and there is another unit below me that I do not own.
