Daniel Tarrats failed as a builder and even a human being. This builder continually used the most cheapest material by far to wrap up on the finishings of a prefabricated home. Daniel continually failed inspection from the Vernon Township and caused us the buyers up to a month's delay. Fail to put gutters on the home and resulted in not even securing a certificate of occupancy. Us the buyers had to go down to the Vernon township along with our realtor to practically beg for this certificate of occupancy. He didn't even add gutters to the house which resulted in even further delays. I felt as though us and our realtor had to practically force Daniel to do what was necessary To get the bare minimum to have this house up to code. No one should ever consider building a house with this builder and should avoid him at all costs. Even after moving in were constantly finding issues with our house and things that will potentially add more costs for us to fix on his failed mistakes.
